If your doctor certifies that you require long-term medical treatment for your service injury, you may be issued with a Service Injury Card. The card will provide you with fully subsidised medical benefits at government/restructured hospitals and polyclinics.
You can only be reimbursed by MINDEF for medical fees incurred at government/ restructured hospitals and polyclinics, based on referrals from doctors at polyclinics, hospitals’ A&E departments, or your unit’s Medical Officer.
