IPPT at Fitness Conditioning Centres (FCCs)

For IPPT conducted at Bedok and Khatib FCCs, IPPT will be delayed as a precaution when there is a lightning risk. Thereafter, the session will be cancelled if the lightning risk persists or inclement weather follows. 

As the IPPT stations at Kranji and Maju FCCs are sheltered, IPPT will be conducted as per normal.

FIT@FCC and FIT@Home

FIT@FCC and FIT@Home will be conducted as per normal as the sessions are conducted indoors.

FIT@Park and FIT@HPB Quick HIIT

Sessions will be delayed as a precaution when there is a lightning risk. Thereafter, the session will be cancelled if the lightning risk persists or inclement weather follows.

For FIT@Park, you will be notified via SMS on the cancellation of your session if the cancellation happens 30 mins prior to the start of your session. The fitness trainer on-site will inform you if your session has been cancelled when the cancellation happens less than 30 mins prior to the start of your session.  

For FIT@HPB QuickHIIT, you can receive notifications of wet weather cancellation by subscribing to the "Wet Weather Info-FIT@HPB QuickHIIT" Telegram channel at https://t.me/joinchat/kG7lXRiWCIJjYTRl. The fitness on-site will inform you if your session has been cancelled when the cancellation happens less than 30 mins prior to the start of your session.

IPPT@SAFRA and FIT@SAFRA Gym

IPPT@SAFRA and FIT@SAFRA Gym will be conducted as per normal as the sessions are conducted indoors.
