For your own safety, please take note of the following precautions before participating:

Drink as much plain water as you comfortably can, preferably beyond the point of thirst:
Bring along your water bottle |
Consume alcohol the day before or on the day of your booking |
Clear your bowels, if possible | Have a meal within an hour before your booking time |
