For your own safety, please take note of the following precautions before participating:

Do Don't
Cancel and book a new test or training session if you are feeling unwell on the day of your booking Wear tight-fitting clothes
Have at least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep Have a late night
Drink as much plain water as you comfortably can, preferably beyond the point of thirst:
  • 2 hours before you sleep on the night before your booking session
  • Half an hour before your booking session
Consume alcohol the day before or on the day of your booking
Clear your bowels, if possible Have a meal within an hour before your booking time
