Singapore Corporate Access (Corppass) – Your corporate digital identity to transact with the Government

What is Corppass and how does it affect your Business Entity?

Singapore Corporate Access (Corppass) is the mandatory 2FA login mechanism for business entities performing Government-to-Business transactions online, such as NS Portal eServices. NS Portal rolled out Corppass in June 2017 and users must have their Corppass accounts ready before Q3 2018.

When can users login to NS Portal with Corppass?

All business users transacting with NS Portal’s eServices can login using Corppass instead of their existing login methods (SingPass/User ID) from June 2017. Corppass will become mandatory for Government-to-Business transactions from Q3 2018.

What are the steps to register for Corppass?

How does your entity register NS Portal as one of the eServices to transact with?

Step 1: On the Corppass homepage, your Corppass Admin will need to access ‘Select Entity’s e-Services’.

Step 2: Your Corppass Admin will be directed to the ‘Select Entity’s e-Services’ page. He / She will need to select ‘MINDEF / MHA NS PORTAL’ from the list of eServices.

Step 3: Your Corppass Admin will need to enter your entity’s CPF Submission Number(s) (CSN).

Step 4: Your Corppass Admin will need to review the information entered, to ensure it is accurate before submitting the request.

How does your entity allow your Corppass users to transact with NS Portal?

Note: NS Portal must be explicitly added as an eService that you wish to allow your users to transact with. If you have created a golden profile for your users, please follow the steps below to explicitly add NS Portal as one of the eServices that you wish to allow your users to transact with.

Step 1: On the ‘Assign Selected e-Services’ page, your Corppass Admin has to select the users that he / she would like to assign eService access to.

Step 2: Your Corppass Admin will be directed to the list of eServices that he / she is able to authorise your users to transact with. Select ‘MINDEF / MHA NS PORTAL’ from the list of eServices available.

Step 3: If additional details are required, your Corppass Admin will be prompted to enter the required information.

Step 4: Your Corppass Admin will need to review the information entered, to ensure it is accurate before submitting the request.

How do your Corppass users login to NS Portal once they have been granted access by your Corppass Admin?

Step 1: Your Corppass users can click on the ‘Login with Corppass’ button to login to the NS Portal. After doing so, they can continue transacting with the Manage NSmen Payments (Employer) and Manage Commercial Vehicles eServices as per normal.

If my Corppass profile automatically indicates access to all Government e-Services/I have a golden profile, how do I disable this feature?

Note: By default, all Corppass profiles will automatically indicate access to all Government e-Services. In order for third party agencies to access the NS Portal e-Service, you are required to either (1) explicitly assign the e-Service to your own profile by following the steps above, or (2) if your role does not require you to have access to other Government e-Services, you can simply remove this access by following the steps given below.
1) Login with your Corppass username and password, and navigate to the "Manage Users" tab on the taskbar.

2) Click on the name of the relevant user, which will lead you to another webpage.

3) Navigate to the "Assigned e-Services" tab on the taskbar and click on it.

4) If the "Access to all e-Services required" checkbox is checked, please uncheck the checkbox and click "Save".

5) After this change, the user will need to re-login with Corppass to see the changes.

Before unchecking the checkbox:
