eHealth is an internet medical application designed to allow pre-enlistees and servicemen to manage and review common personal health matters in the SAF more conveniently.

It allows users to do the following:

  • Appointment Bookings and Amendments
Users are able to view appointments that they have booked or have been booked on their behalf. They are also able to amend and cancel selected appointments. Specific appointment instructions as well as pre-appointment forms and questionnaires can be filled on eHealth by clicking on the "Appointments" tab.
  • Personal Medical Information
Medical information including PES statuses, vaccinations, MCs, excuses as well as selected blood test results can be viewed via the "Medical Info" and "Military Info" tabs.
  • Request for Medical Reports
Users can request for formal medical reports from the SAF via Manage Medical Matters (eHealth). You can do this by clicking on the "Request for Medical Report" link on the Home tab.
  • Medical Classification Centre (MCC) Appointments
Pre-enlistees view their SAF and external hospital appointments, as well as print their FRO and LOI from the "MCC Appointments" tab.

Please click on "MCC Appointments" tab and look for FRO/LOI under the "External Referrals" section. Click on the FRO number and you will be able to view and print the FRO and LOI.

You can re-print your LOI from eHealth for your upcoming appointment. You can do so by clicking on the "MCC Appointments" tab, following by "External Referrals" section. Click on the LOI number and you will be able to view and print the LOI.

You will be required to inform Medical Classification Centre (MCC) after you have rescheduled your appointment. You can also view the appointment details on eHealth and MCC will also send the necessary documents to you. Please bring along these documents when you attend your medical appointment.

We have streamlined our processes to serve you better. With effect from 21st March 2016, you will no longer be required to validate your LOI.

Please contact NS Call Centre. Medical Classification Centre will assess your request and mail the necessary documents to you.

You will need a Singpass in order to log in to eHealth. You may apply for Singpass online or by visiting the Singpass counter locations. For more details, please visit Singpass.

You will need to reset your Singpass password via the reset password function at Singpass.

G6PD is an enzyme in our bodies that is normally responsible for breaking down some types of chemical compounds, such as medicines. There is a small group of people who are born without the G6PD enzyme, and hence cannot break down some of the commonly-prescribed medicines, such as some malaria drugs. It is important that this is brought to the attention of our medical personnel, so that different types of medication can be given. This is reflected as "G6PD: Deficient" in eHealth. Conversely, "G6PD: Present" is the normal test result for those with G6PD enzyme.

Please go to "Military Info" tab and you can see your PES in the "PES Details" section. If you do not see a PES, it means that we need more time or tests to determine your medical fitness.

Please go to "Military Info" tab and you can see your excuses under the "Medical Certificates / Excuses" section.

We do not have this feature in eHealth. However, you can print the page directly through the browser that you are using to access eHealth.

Please go to "Military Info" tab and you will be able to view your PES and/or medical excuses.

You can do so by filling up the electronic request form via the "Request for Medical Report" link on the Home tab. Your application will be reviewed and a status will be given (approved or rejected). An SMS will also be sent to your registered mobile number.

If your application is approved, the payment sum will be indicated. Your application may be cancelled if you do not make payment within 10 working days of the approval.
